1. 14-Day Pilot Guarantee
We stand behind our service with a results-based guarantee for our 14-Day Pilot program.
Our Promise to You
If Sarah AI doesn't book at least 1 qualified lead for your med spa within 14 days of service activation, we'll refund your entire $97 pilot payment.
No questions asked. No hassle. Keep all the leads we did generate.
What Qualifies as a Booked Lead?
A qualified booked lead includes:
- Customer provided contact information (phone, email, or both)
- Expressed interest in booking a specific service or consultation
- Provided basic service preferences and timing
- Successfully booked through Sarah AI chat interactions
Note: Leads must be genuine customer inquiries, not test interactions or spam.
2. Pilot Refund Process
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at contact@sarahassistant.com within 16 days of service activation
- Include "Pilot Refund Request" in the subject line
- Provide your business name and activation date
- We'll review your lead generation within 2 business days
Refund Timeline
- Request Review: 2 business days
- Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after approval
- Payment Method: Original payment method (Stripe/credit card)
- Total Timeline: 5-7 business days from request
3. Monthly Service Refunds
Monthly Subscription
Monthly service payments are non-refundable once the service month begins. You can cancel anytime with 30-day notice, and service will continue until the end of your paid period.
Setup Fees
The $997 setup fee for full service is non-refundable after service activation. This fee covers:
- Custom AI training for your business
- Website integration and testing
- Calendar system setup
- Response customization and optimization
4. Refund Exceptions
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
- Service cancellation after 16 days (pilot) or 30 days (monthly)
- Failure to complete onboarding requirements
- Website downtime or technical issues on your end
- Changes in business needs or circumstances
- Failure to respond to qualified leads generated by Sarah
- Fraudulent or abusive use of the service
- Chargebacks or payment disputes (must go through support first)
5. Upgrade Credits
If you upgrade from the 14-day pilot to monthly service, your full $97 pilot payment is credited toward your first month:
- First Month Cost: $199 - $97 credit = $102
- Setup Fee: Waived for pilot customers
- Credit Expiration: Must upgrade within 30 days of pilot completion
6. Pro-rated Refunds
We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial service periods. However, in exceptional circumstances involving:
- Extended service outages on our end (>48 hours)
- Major service failures affecting core functionality
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
We may provide account credits or partial refunds at our discretion.
7. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any payment disputes or chargebacks, please contact our support team. We're committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly.
Important: Chargebacks may result in immediate service suspension and account termination.

Your current service terms and refund eligibility are governed by the policy version in effect when you made your payment.
